For clients

Know what you're paying for

Translation buying usually means opaque quotes, silent progress, and hoping the formatting survives. LionRapid replaces that with banded quotes you can re-derive, layout survival that's checked against the source file, and deadlines that track themselves.

Price

A quote with its math showing

Your files are analyzed against translation memory: text that was translated before costs less, repetitions less still. Six bands, per-band prices, and a reproducible result: re-run the analysis and the number doesn't move.

CAT-band quotingFiles are analyzed against attached translation memories into six match bands — repetitions, exact matches, three fuzzy bands, and new words. Rate-card multipliers price each band, producing a reproducible quote with a verifiable hash.Analysisfiles × your TMRepetitionsExact matchesFuzzy 95–99%Fuzzy 85–94%Fuzzy 75–84%New wordsRate cardper-band pricesQuotereproducible

Progress

No news is no longer good news

Projects move through explicit stages: translation, review, quality check. Progress is visible per file. Notifications arrive in the app and by email for offers, messages, stage changes, and deadlines, and deadline alerts fire before a date is missed, not after.

There's also an optional client portal: sign in with a magic link, see status, download deliverables. No password, no seat licence, no training session.

  • Stage-by-stage progress
  • In-app & email notifications
  • Deadline alerts at T-72h / T-24h
  • Overdue escalation
  • Optional client portal

Quality & data

Checked by machines, finished by people

Every segment passes the QA detector set before delivery, and anything machine-translated runs behind entity protection: your product names, codes, and account numbers never reach an MT engine unmasked.

Data stays in the EU, operated by a Finnish company under GDPR-aligned practices.

  • ~20 QA detectors
  • Entity protection in MT
  • EU-hosted (Azure West Europe)
