Re-run the analysis, get the same number
Each analysis snapshot is hashed. Run the same files against the same TM tomorrow, or in a year, and the number doesn't move, which means a quote can be audited months later, and disputes end with a lookup instead of an argument. A price you can re-derive is a different kind of promise than a price you were told.

3. Six bands
Each row lands in a CAT band: repetitions, exact matches, three fuzzy tiers, or new words.
4. Rate card
Per-band multipliers price the bands: the same policy for every project on that card.
5. Hashed quote
The quote carries the hash of the snapshot it was derived from.
6. Re-derive
