Translation memory, terminology, machine-translation suggestions, and live QA hints, on the segment, while you type. Term matching is lemma-aware in around 35 languages, spellcheck covers 13 European languages through Hunspell, and Finnish translators get Voikko spellcheck plus real grammar checking, not an afterthought.

You can build and attach your own TMs and glossaries, and export them again as TMX and TBX. Your language assets stay yours.

Work arrives as offers you can accept, decline, or counter, rate and deadline included. Ranking rewards real fit: language pair, service, domain experience. And it's deliberately not winner-take-all: near-tie scores rotate daily, and two page-1 slots are reserved for newer or less-exposed translators, so being new means getting seen, not buried.

Your profile in the people directory shows your pairs, domains, and history, visible to the PMs who assign work.

The detectors catch tag mismatches, number drift, and doubled words before a reviewer does, with auto-fixes where the repair is mechanical. Deterministic checks mean no arguing with a black box: the same text always gets the same verdict.

The QE score is your evidence

MetricX-24 scores the machine translation before you touch it. When a segment arrives bad, the score says so: proof of what the machine handed you, and of the work your edit added. Quality estimation here is your shield, never a rate lever.
