Terms can be negotiated with counter-offers. The first acceptance fills the seat and the other offers close automatically; work only starts once the assignment is confirmed.

Progress per project, per file, per stage: charts, not chases. Status updates land in the cockpit live, without a refresh. Deadline notifications fire at 72 hours, 24 hours, and overdue, so nobody discovers a late delivery by accident.
A people directory with translator profiles, work history, and capabilities keeps your talent pool searchable.

The conversation lives next to the work
Chat threads run at the project level and on each target document, so "which file are we talking about?" stops being a question. Messages trigger email notifications, and nothing important lives only in someone's inbox.
Notifications cover the whole lifecycle (offers, messages, stage changes, deadlines) in the app and by email.
