Who we are
Controller: Logoteknia Oy, Finland (Business ID 2489173-3, EU VAT FI24891733). Contact: through the contact form.
What we collect on this website
Contact form: the name, email address, and message you submit, stored so we can reply. Retained for as long as the conversation is relevant, then deleted.
Product analytics (PostHog, EU cloud): page views, referrers, UTM campaign parameters, page performance timings, and interactions with page elements such as clicks and scroll depth (aggregated into heatmaps), tied to a random identifier PostHog stores in a first-party cookie on lionrapid.com, never to your name or email. Because that cookie covers the whole domain, a visit here and later use of the app resolve to the same anonymous person. We do not record your screen or session on this website. We use this to understand which pages work.
Web analytics (Ahrefs): aggregate, cookieless traffic measurement.
Cookies & local storage
This website does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. PostHog, our analytics provider, sets a first-party cookie on lionrapid.com holding the random identifier described above; it is shared with app.lionrapid.com so both surfaces resolve to one anonymous person. We separately store a random identifier in your browser's localStorage; it and the analytics identifier above are saved alongside any message you send us through the contact form, so we can see which pages led to your question. Neither identifier contains your name or email. The app at app.lionrapid.com sets functional cookies for signing in, covered by the in-app privacy notice.
Legal basis & purpose
Contact-form data is processed to answer your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). Analytics are processed under legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in minimal, pseudonymous form.
Where data lives
This website and its data are hosted on Microsoft Azure in West Europe. PostHog analytics are processed on PostHog's EU cloud.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to us through the contact form and we'll handle it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority; in Finland, the Data Protection Ombudsman.
