Translation and localization, hosted in the EU

Translating a document isn't one step — it's several places your text can end up: the file itself, the translation memory that stores every segment, and the machine-translation engine that reads it. With many tools, that last step quietly sends your text to a machine-translation or AI provider you never chose, often outside the EU. LionRapid keeps all of it in one place.

This is the part most platforms outsource. LionRapid's machine translation — including the LLM steps — runs on models we operate, not a third-party AI vendor's API, so your text isn't shipped off to be translated. And before any of it runs, entity protection masks the parts that matter most — brand names, product codes, IBANs, URLs — and restores them, verbatim, afterward.

The platform runs on Microsoft Azure in the West Europe region, and it's built and operated by Logoteknia Oy, a company registered in Finland — so both your data and the company responsible for it sit under EU jurisdiction. The subprocessors we do use are disclosed: product analytics on PostHog's EU cloud, and cookieless traffic statistics via Ahrefs. There's no undisclosed subprocessor list behind a sales call.

We don't display rented certification logos, and we don't imply audits we haven't done.
